Personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and will be used for the purposes of administering your request for, and use of, Dog License Application/Renewal. Thank you for your interest in a dog license in the Town of Plympton-Wyoming. Dog owners are required to license their dogs in accordance with Dog Licensing By-law 129 of 2024.

You are allowed to keep up to 3 dogs and must license each dog in your home. Please see the list of fees for prices.  View Dog Licensing By-law.

Please note: 

• A kennel license is $100. Please note that your property must be zoned appropriately for this use.  You must apply or renew your license in person at the Municipal Office.
• If you have received notice from the Town that your dog is classified as a Dangerous Dog, you must apply or renew your license in person at the Municipal Office. The fee is $200.00 and you must provide proof of insurance.
